As an SMT Operator I, you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining specialized equipment used in surface mount technology (SMT) , following structured production processes, and contributing to a team focused on quality and efficiency. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge PCB assembly equipment while supporting continuous improvement and new product introduction efforts.
