Job Description

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to drive product and process quality excellence in SMT manufacturing. You will lead RCCA, CAPA, and data-driven decisions to meet yield and OTIF targets, collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, and customers, and support NPI and transfers to mass production.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 3-5 years in electronics manufacturing, and expertise in SPC, PFMEA, and PCBA/SMT processes.
