SMT Production Manager

Job Summary

The SMT Production Manager oversees all Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production activities to ensure efficient operations, high product quality, cost control, and on‑time delivery. The role leads the SMT production team, manages equipment and processes, enforces safety and 5S/6S standards, and collaborates closely with cross‑functional departments to support continuous improvement and business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of SMT production experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, materials, and quality control standards.
• Experience with OEE analysis, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.
