**Location:** Melbourne, FL. 32904
**Shifts Available:** 2nd Shift - 3:30pm to 12:00am | Monday - Friday
**Pay Rate:** $17.00 an hour

**SMT Operator Overviews:**
As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines used in the assembly of electronic circuit boards. You will ensure the highest level of quality and productivity in a fast-paced technological manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Set up, run, and monitor SMT assembly lines to manufacture printed circuit boards (PCBs).
+ Read and interpret assembly instructions, machine programs, and bills of materials.
+ Load components, solder paste, and PCBs into SMT feeders and placement equipment.
+ Inspect feeds, stencils, and solder paste to verify proper setup and alignment.
