Full Time Equivalent (FTE): 1.0. Salary range: $75,755.00 – $98,528.00, based on FTE and performance. Start Date: 1 September 2026.

Job Summary

The School of Medical Sciences (SMS) Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day administrative, operational, and technical activities of the School, serving as the main point of contact for faculty, staff, and students with reference to UVic central administration. The Operations Manager works closely with the Academic Head and the Director of Administration and provides UVic reports relating to research and educational initiatives.
