Job Title: SME- GPP Payments
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Duration: 6 Months
Introduction
This role is for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to be the technical focal point for FGPP (Finastra Global Payment Plus) in production. The candidate will troubleshoot and solve issues in production for a minimum contract of 6 to 12 months.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong & proven FGPP issue/case analysis: triage, recreation, trace analysis, DB and GUI usage.
- Deep FGPP business and functional knowledge.
- Proven hands‑on FGPP configuration experience: profiles and rules setup.
- Customer‑facing experience: leading technical calls.
- Experience with FGPP (not only Classic GPP) from the last 3 years.
- Prior work experience at client or in client’s Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing escalations from L2 for complex and advanced issues.
