Role Overview

Serve as the client’s technical focal point for Finastra Global Payment Plus (FGPP) production support. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex production issues. Act as the primary escalation point for advanced FGPP technical and configuration‑related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage escalations from L2 teams for complex and advanced issues.
  • Provide guidance and support for configuration changes required to resolve issues.
  • Identify root causes and recreate issues for detailed analysis.
  • Analyze traces and provide immediate workarounds where applicable.
  • Perform complex configurations to deliver solutions.
