Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Supervisor, Inside Sales is required to manage another 2-6 team members handling specific product line(s). This team will handle around 3,000 partners. The Supervisor, Inside Sales will be helping the product team to reach their target to each vendors/principal. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develops strong, strategic relationships for business partner's growth in quality and quantity (30%)

  •  Provides leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement along with Inside Sales team (15%)

  •  Conducts regular business reviews to track progress toward revenue and growth goals (30%)

  •  Supports CAM team for further development related to the Company's business goals (10%) 

  • Ensuring solutions and handles escalated complaints from business partners (10%)
