We are seeking a Smart Hand Support Engineer to provide crucial technical and physical support for our IT operations. This position focuses on assisting remote teams with infrastructure challenges and end-user support.
In the role of Smart Hand Support Engineer, you'll act as the on-site expert, helping with technical support for end-user devices and performing hands-on tasks in the server room.
