Designation: Senior Associate – SmartComm Developer

Experience: 3–5 years (minimum 4+ years relevant)

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain SmartComm templates (policies, letters, statements, notices).
  • Enhance existing templates to meet evolving business, branding, and regulatory needs.
  • Configure SmartComm components—data models, rules, content libraries, workflows.
  • Deliver outputs across print, PDF, email, Word, Excel, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with business, UX, architects, and integration teams.
  • Handle testing, defect resolution, deployments, and post-production support.
  • Deliver work that meets PwC's quality, documentation, and delivery standards.
