Job Description

I need a production-ready PCB that will sit at the heart of a home-automation AC switch, much like the popular Wi-Fi smart plugs. A single-layer layout is preferred; however, if safety clearances or EMI constraints demand an extra layer, I am open to a two-layer solution.
What the board must host
• NodeMCU ESP8266 module (ESP-12E) for Wi-Fi connectivity
• 240 V-rated relay switch to handle the AC load
• On-board power-supply unit that steps mains down to the ESP8266's 3.3 V rail
I'm aiming for a standard-size rectangular board that comfortably fits common switch enclosures rather than an ultra-compact or irregular outline, so keep component spacing sensible and allow for creepage/clearance on the high-voltage side.
Please deliver schematic, annotated PCB layout, Gerber/NC drill files, BOM with footprints, and pick-and-place data so I can move straight to fabrication and assembly. If you simulate or run a quick DRC for mains safety, let me know the key results so I hav...
