Small Business Program Product Manager

Small Business has been identified as a key growth area for Citi Personal Banking and Wealth Management to drive market-leading value propositions to grow P&L and offer best in class services to attract, engage, and retain customers.

The Small Business Program Product Lead is a Vice President position that will help innovate, drive product development as subject matter expert, execute programs and manage day-to-day activities by working with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management / project manager experience and is familiar with small business and retail banking regulatory policies. In addition, has ability to work as partner, build relationships and influence, and has strong effective communication skills.
