Sign-On Bonuses Available $500 Part-Time Position Summary Trinity Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Home Health team in Suffolk, VA. The SLP will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients experiencing speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Services are provided in accordance with the standards set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and under the direction of the attending physician.
