Overview

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading building envelope solution supplier that effectively drives energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking a Slitter Operator in our Petrolia Henry Plant. Rotating shifts. Starting Pay: $24.92 + $1.45 nights + $2.30 weekends.

This position is a unionized role within our production team. You will be required to learn, understand, and put into practice all of our policies and procedures to help manufacture the highest quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will routinely perform your duties with minimal supervision, independently, and in a team with another operator. You must be able to work in an environment with many distractions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and safety, while performing your duties. No travel is required for this position.
