Work Shift Time:

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Job Objective:Produce quality beams for weave operation, following Standard Work Instructions.Maintain safety, quality and delivery standards.Complete necessary paperwork and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Follow Prescribed safety rules and regulations.
  • Safely operate hoist and load section beam creels with correct end count order.
  • Lay in all reeds and combs following correct lay-in style card.
  • Correctly mix sizing following formulas when needed.
  • Ability to correctly repair lost or broken ends that occur during Slashing process.
  • Make minor adjustments assuring quality beams are produced.
  • Maintain quality standards and clean work area.
