In this role, you will plan, deliver, and govern technical training, while managing the Skills Centre facility, including safety, maintenance, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain an annual Skills Centre training plan aligned to QCTO, mill needs, apprentice development, and community objectives.
• Ensure all technical training content, curricula, and trade test preparation meet QCTO, SETA, NAMB, and plant-ready standards.
• Manage Skills Centre accreditation, including inspections, documentation, equipment readiness, and engagement with external assessors.
• Oversee apprentice development across all phases: mentoring, in-plant evaluations, phase testing, and trade test invigilation.
