As a Skilled Production Worker, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Skilled Production Workers - Multiple Shifts
**Location:** Monticello, IN
**Pay Range: $17 - $22 BOE**
**Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform testing and quality checks on production components and assemblies
+ Prepare and paint surfaces using various painting techniques
+ Apply powder coating and sandblasting to ensure durability and finish quality
+ Operate decaling equipment to apply labels and markings accurately
+ Assist in assembly and electrical work as needed to support production goals
