Deliver essential care as a Skilled Practical Nurse with Southbridge Care Homes. Your focus will be on comprehensive assessments and overseeing medication management.
In this RPN position, you will report to the Director of Care while ensuring nursing excellence aligned with Ontario Standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and procedures
• Develop, evaluate, and adjust resident care plans
• Supervise nursing and personal care staff on the unit
• Conduct training and performance evaluations for staff
• Record vital signs and initiate corrective health measures

• Valid RPN certification from Ontario College of Nurses
• BLS and First Aid certification required
