We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to support our Staff Physical Therapist. You will treat residents, maintain accurate documentation, and follow safety protocols. Additionally, you will participate in Resident Care conferences and assist with training for Restorative Aides while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Treat residents under the guidance of the Physical Therapist
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with facility and governmental standards
• Assist in training Restorative Aides for nursing staff
• Educate families on treatment goals and safety techniques
Requirements:
• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state
