We re looking for a proactive and hands-on Skilled Labourer Maintenance to join a vibrant residential building in Leeds. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of the estate, helping to deliver an outstanding living experience for the residents.

You ll be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance , ensuring the estate remains safe, compliant, and well-presented at all times.

Duties:

• Carry out general repairs of apartments to include basic plumbing
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the estate, including communal areas and external grounds
