Our Client is looking for a skilled and reliable Handyworker to attend residential properties, complete assessments, perform general repairs, install lockboxes, take photos and videos, and identify additional work that may be required. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, hands‑on, professional, and able to work independently in the field. The right person should be comfortable attending properties, inspecting repair concerns, completing general maintenance work, documenting issues clearly, and communicating professionally with tenants, owners, and internal team members.
