Become a Skilled Drywall Installer focusing on on-the-road projects across multiple locations. This job requires expertise in drywall applications and installations.
As a Drywall Installer with 2 to 3 years of experience, your responsibilities will include measuring, cutting, and fitting drywall, as well as applying compound. You will ensure quality by smoothing out excess materials and handling various installation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply coats of compound, smoothing seams and joints
• Install metal corner beads to reinforce corners
• Fabricate and set up suspended ceiling grids
• Fill and repair joints, holes, and cracks
• Measure and secure drywall sheets to structures
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of drywall installation experience
• Ability to work in diverse locations
• Proficient in taping machines for joint application
• Strong fitting and cutting skills
• Knowledge of surface finishing techniques
