Skilled Apartment Maintenance Worker

We are hiring a Skilled Maintenance Worker to support our apartment complexes. Your responsibilities will include cleaning, minor repairs, and ensuring tenant comfort around the premises.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role includes performing essential maintenance tasks, conducting safety checks, and assisting with tenant inquiries. You will use your skills to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality in our residential buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, and wax floors in common areas
• Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness throughout
• Show apartments to potential tenants
• Make minor repairs to plumbing and electrical systems
• Handle and move heavy equipment as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma from a recognized college or CEGEP
• Experience managing maintenance tasks for 3 to 5 years
