MTSI is looking to bring on a SkillBridge Fellow in Colorado Springs, CO . The MTSI SkillBridge Program Fellowship offers Service members a unique opportunity to acquire valuable civilian work experience and qualifications through a structured internship during their final 180 days of service. This program provides Service members with an invaluable chance to gain hands-on experience in either Program Management, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Digital Engineering. For MTSI, SkillBridge serves as a gateway to tap into the world's most highly trained and motivated workforce. Service members who participate in SkillBridge continue to receive their military compensation and benefits, while industry partners offer training and practical work experience. Participation in SkillBridge is contingent on mission requirements, and approval from your unit Commander is necessary before entering into any agreement.
