ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize Construction is seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our Road Construction Team in the Greater Vancouver Area. As a Road Construction Team Member, you'll be at the forefront of constructing vital transportation arteries, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Assist the milling and paving crews with the daily operations and project requirements.
• Assist with a variety of job operations
• Ensure the safety of company personnel, the community, and environment
• Responsible for completing daily equipment checklist
• Monitoring and ensuring accurate weights and monitor material production within specifications
• Create an atmosphere of teamwork
• Seek out and implement Best Practices
• All spills must be first contained and the proper authorities notified immediately thereafter (follow written procedure)
