Sixth Form Cafe Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer‑focused Sixth Form Cafe Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our vibrant student cafe at Hampstead School.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day cafe operations, ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene and customer care.
• Manage stock and ordering.
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff, supporting their wellbeing and independence.

Hours & Contract

38 weeks per year, 2‑year fixed‑term contract.

6 hours per day, 5 days a week (8:30am to 2:30pm), 30 hours per week.

Salary

£22,539 to £22,860 per annum before the 26‑27 NJC pay deal, which will increase the salary.
