As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you'll be a catalyst for change, driving process and quality improvements across our organization. Your role is diverse and impactful, encompassing:

• Applying Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Structured Problem Solving Methods to enhance process capability and eliminate complex defects.
• Providing analysis and feedback to senior management on project activities, improvements, and savings.
• Leading cross-functional teams in driving breakthrough improvements.
• Transferring best practices, Six Sigma techniques, procedures, and tools to cross-functional teams.

to excel in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a Technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive industry.
