Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site user support for application and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve application errors, login issues, configuration problems, and system performance concerns
Coordinate with development, IT, and operations teams for escalated technical issues
Conduct application training and onboarding for end-users and site personnel
Perform routine system checks, updates, and maintenance to ensure operational stability
Document incidents, fixes, and updates in service ticketing systems
Support system rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple sites
Assist in testing new releases, features, or patches prior to deployment
Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve system design and usability
