Site Supervisor/Lead - Solar PV

EcoEnergy, the largest off-grid solar provider in Pakistan, is looking for a qualified, energetic and motivated Site Supervisor/Lead for solar installations.

Job Description

The site supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of solar site construction operations, including personnel safety, oversee daily work activities, managing multiple subcontractors, review work schedules, scheduling maintenance of site offices, maintaining project availability, the training and safety of all technicians, and communicating with the management team.

Qualifications

• Degree with 1+ years' experience or Diploma with 3+ years' experience;
• Knowledgeable of renewable energy peculiarities;
• Expertise in solar technology;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Ability to perform basic electrical calculations, read and interpret electrical schematics;
