Site Supervisor

Job Purpose
The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Supervision
Supervise daily site activities and operations to ensure work progresses as planned.
Coordinate with client, subcontractors, and workers to execute project tasks effectively.
Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met by monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Inspect construction work to ensure it adheres to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Address any non-compliance issues promptly and implement corrective measures are implemented
