Site Supervisor – Residential Furnishment Projects

Our client is a well-established building contractor specializing in residential refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UAE. We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong residential fit-out background to take ownership of site execution across refurbishment projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will coordinate multiple trades including civil works, steel fabrication, MEP, finishes, false ceilings, painting and associated interior works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations across residential refurbishment projects, ensuring works are executed in line with drawings, specifications and project requirements while effectively monitoring resources, materials and progress to maintain productivity and minimize delays.
