Job Description
MANTECH seeks a proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team in Manila, Philippines.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the on-site management and execution of complex construction projects, with a special focus on secure and cleared facilities like Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). The role requires expert knowledge of building codes for both the United States and the Republic of the Philippines. Key duties include leading teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and schedules, and overseeing the integration of network technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Project Execution and Oversight: Direct and manage all on-site construction activities from foundation to closeout, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, quality standards, and budget constraints.
