**Job Title:** Security Site Supervisor
**Location:** Litchfield County, CT
**Pay:** $26
**Role Purpose**
Lead the security team and manage day‑to‑day security operations to protect the client’s people, property, and assets, in line with Securitas policies and site instructions.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Supervise security officers and daily deployment (rosters, posts, breaks).
+ Oversee core security tasks: access control, patrols, alarm response, monitoring, and incident handling
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety rules, fire and emergency procedures, and correct use of PPE
+ Conduct site inductions, support training, and coach officers on professional conduct and safe working.
+ Act as main contact for the client, handle day‑to‑day issues, and support audits/inspections.
+ Maintain accurate incident and activity reports and escalate issues when needed.
