Site Supervisor - Lighthouse Custom Homes (Calgary)

Lighthouse Custom Homes is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Calgary.

This is an important role for us. We build premium custom homes, and the quality of the client experience depends heavily on what happens on site every day: communication, cleanliness, scheduling, trade coordination, safety, craftsmanship, and follow-through.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in running an organized site, cares about the details, and is comfortable holding trades accountable while maintaining strong skilled relationships.
