Site Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Site Supervisor to oversee the architectural and finishing works of our terminal building and jetty facilities. You will ensure that all finishing works—from the ticketing counter joinery to the weather-resistant coatings of the jetty—are executed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and JKR specifications.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Architecture, Building Science, or equivalent.
• Professional Card: Valid CIDB Green Card (Construction Personnel) is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural supervision, specifically in Finishing Works (Architectural Fit-outs).
• Technical Skill: Ability to read and interpret Architectural Detailed Drawings, Sectional Drawings, and Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP).
