RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• Participate in planning, tendering, managing and implementing M&E or C&S services for in-house and tender projects.
• Ensure works are done as per contract specifications and manufacturer's recommendations.
• Assist the Manager to implement plan, manage and control cost according to budget, selection of materials, workers and sub-contractors.
• Assist Pre-contract and Tender Division with tender support for M&E or C&S services /project support.
• Coordinate, monitor and review M&E or C&S work progress.
• Liaise with consultants and clients on M&E or C&S work progress.
• Lead the field execution of project and turnaround construction work.
• Facilitate and drive mechanical installation work activities at site for allocated projects.
