WE'RE HIRING: Site Supervisor

Location: Kulai, Johor (Accommodation provided)

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at OMD Tech Sdn Bhd. This role involves monitor daily site operation, supervise and support work on the ground.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and monitor daily site operations.

  • Supervise and guide subcontractors and workers to ensure work quality.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations.

  • Report daily progress and site issues to Project Engineer/Manager.

  • Assist in material handling, site documentation, and coordination.

  • Troubleshoot minor issues and provide practical solutions on-site.

  • Support installation, testing, and maintenance works.
