Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and track construction progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, conducting regular site inspections.
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports for management and stakeholders.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assist in resolving on-site issues when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification with minimum 3 years' experience in the construction field,
