Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report delays
Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor performance
Ensure construction works meet required quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and rectify defects
Coordinate inspections with consultants and engineers
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report and investigate accidents or near misses
- Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and manpower
