Job Title: Project Manager – Franchise Establishment

Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end setup of new gym franchises, from site assessment to branch launch. Responsible for planning, vendor coordination, on-site execution, quality control, and timely delivery as per brand standards, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with franchise owners.
- Plan and execute projects with contractors and vendors (civil, interiors, HVAC, IT, branding).
- Supervise on-site work and ensure quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, branding, IT).
- Track timelines, manage budgets, and submit progress reports.
