Site Supervisor

Eworld Generation Enterprise – Ayer Itam, Penang

1. Coordinate and supervise construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time
2. Monitor and maintain site safety
3. Liaise with subcontractors and relevant parties to resolve site issues
4. Interpret and enforce construction drawings, plans & specifications
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety & environmental regulations
6. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures
7. Provide guidance and support to site workers
8. Arrange and manage foreign workers at construction sites

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years working experience as Site Supervisor (construction)
2. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials & equipment
3. Able to read and interpret construction drawings
4. Good problem‑solving, communication & leadership skills
5. Knowledge of health & safety regulations
