Site Supervisor for Painting Workshop (Tampere)

We are looking for a site supervisor for our client, to be part of a skilled and relaxed work team. As a site supervisor, you will ensure the smooth daily operation, direct work activities, and serve as a contact person for the management. You will also participate in hands‑on tasks daily. Approximately 60% of the work involves painting workshop tasks, and about 40% involves office work. You will work under the supervision of an experienced supervisor.

Your duties include reading drawings, using project management systems, guiding the team, and performing tasks such as high‑pressure spray painting, operating forklifts and bridge cranes, as well as other workshop tasks. The objects to be painted may include machine parts, larger equipment, or various metal structures. Work is performed Mon‑Fri, 40 hours per week. Salary will be based on experience and agreement. Training and instruction will be provided as needed. The start date is during August, to be agreed upon.
