What you will be doing:

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

  • Lead and support field staff, promoting teamwork, quality, and productivity.

  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and hardware schedules.

  • Verify deliveries, manage materials, and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate with project management and sales teams to address issues and maintain timelines.

  • Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture across all job sites.
