Job Description

The Site Supervisor assists the Project Engineer and Project Manager in the planning, execution, and supervision of construction projects. This role involves on-site coordination, technical support, quality control, and ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring smooth progress and resolving technical challenges.

AUTHORITIES:

  1. Oversee specific tasks assigned by the Project Engineer/ Manager.

  2. Ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.

  3. Request materials and equipment as needed, within approved procedures.

  4. Monitor subcontractor activities and report any issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.

  5. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
