Job Summary

The Site Supervisor (Solar) is responsible for overseeing solar installation works at site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. This role requires close coordination with HQ, suppliers, contractors, and customers, including stakeholders from Mainland China.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily solar installation activities at project sites
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Liaise with HQ, suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers from Mainland China (Mandarin preferred)
• Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings
