About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to take charge of onsite construction and installation activities across major industrial, mining, and water treatment projects. Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day assembly activities in the workshop or at the site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to understand job requirements and timelines.
• Managing subcontractors, site teams, and resource allocation.
• Interpret technical drawings, fabrication sketches, and welding symbols.
• Allocate work and resources efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
