Roles & Responsibilities1. On-Site Supervision & Execution

  • System Oversight: Supervise day-to-day installation and replacement works for all MEP disciplines, including Electrical (lighting and power), Plumbing & Sanitary (PPR/uPVC piping), ACMV (FCU replacement and ductwork), and Fire Protection/Alarm systems.
  • Renovation Management: Lead the systematic dismantling of existing guestroom fixtures and the installation of new infrastructure .
  • Task Alignment: Ensure all site activities follow the project schedule, specifically hitting milestones for room-by-room completion.

2. Quality Control & Technical Compliance

  • Drawing Adherence: Ensure all installations strictly follow the approved Shop Drawings and technical specifications.
  • Testing & Commissioning: Witness and document critical tests, including Pressure Tests for plumbing and fire sprinklers, Testing & Balancing for ACMV, and electrical inspection.
