    • My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager or seasoned Foreman to lead the delivery of a new build education project in Gosford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable T2 head contractor and solid team of professionals.

    Length of contract: 12 months approx

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, site policies, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve structural and technical issues
