Role Description

The Site Superintendent is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Quesnel, BC, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and site operations. This role includes coordinating crews and subcontractors, scheduling work, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications and safety standards. The Site Superintendent monitors site progress, addresses issues as they arise, and maintains clear communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Typical duties include conducting site meetings, enforcing safety and quality control procedures, managing materials and equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. This position requires strong leadership on‑site, proactive problem‑solving, and consistent presence at the project location.
