About The Role

Lead in one of the most essential yet innovative industries: aggregates mining right in the East GTA. Reporting to the GTA Operations Manager, this role manages the aggregate operations at Mosport Aggregates and the surrounding satellite sites. This role is responsible for ensuring top performance on safety, environmental, production, and shipping activities. The responsibilities also include the development, leadership and management of all site employees. The Site Superintendent will ensure alignment with all functional groups including: safety, environment, land, manufacturing and supply chain to drive a consistent process and standard approach.
